The Mayor's Office is lavishly decorated.  He has large paintings of
important historical citizens, large sculptures, and a large piano.  It
looks more like an expensive house rather than an office.  There are large
bookshelves along the walls and there is a large oak desk where the mayor
does all of his work.  
The mayor of Templeton is here going about his daily tasks.
'Ah, young adventurer, welcome to Templeton!' the mayor exclaims. 'You will find Templeton to be a lovely town, although we have been having trouble lately.'
