This small road shoots off of the main roads.  The lighting for this road
is several dim street lights.  Rats and alley cats make their living on this
road.  It seems that this road is a meeting place for a darker element of
life in Templeton.  
A leper is here begging for food and money.
A beggar is in the streets begging for money.
