Horton Avenue is a small side street that brings traffic into and out of
this shady section of town.  It is not very well maintianed as there are
large cracks and holes in the pavement here.  A large city wall that
sections the town is right here to the east.  
A minotaur citizen is rushing about doing some daily work.
