This large room is filled with filing cabinets, all containing data on
the New Rigel canal system.  All the maintainence reports, gondola pilot
licenses, and water quality studies that have been issued in the past are
stored here.  Looking at a report on the canal water, you notice that the
toxicity has been rising dramatically in recent years.  You make a note to
yourself to avoid taking a swim.
