You are walking along a wide residential street paved with concrete. 
Grambling Drive meets up with Fourth street here.  It is an older road,
perhaps laid down when this section of the city was first built.  There are
large cracks in the concrete and in some places weeds are growing in the
cracks.  When it rains the drops hit the surface and make a loud sound.  
     A stone fountain with a sculpture of a minotaur stands here.
