The supply office for Templeton is a rather large building.  In it are
stores of food rations, rope and cords, barrels, and kegs of gunpowder. 
Anything that is needed for travel on the high seas can be purchased at this
office.  There is a single desk in this building with piles of requisitions
and a list of supplies on hand.  The rest of the building is filled with
boxes of supplies.  
A transparent, bald human child floats here.
A friendly ghost smiles at you wistfully, and touches you lightly on the forehead before disappearing.
