As you walk through the hallway, the sound of a gavel beating on a podium
becomes more distinct.  You dodge lackeys for the representives as they run
back and forth, carrying stacks of paper and large folders.  For some
reason, your throat catches, feeling the presense of a powerful person in
this town.  The bust of Lord Vashir, the city ruler, sits in the middle of
the hallway.  More of the velvet tapestries hang upon the walls, showing
more pictures of the past Speakers.
