Bookshelves line the walls, from ground to ceiling, all full of books and
previous cases brought before the Speaker.  Gophers for both sides of
Representives are here, collecting necessary files.  They are easy to tell
apart, in mannerisms.  The ones working for the Commoner's office are
rushing around, almost running, while those from the Noble's office give a
slight sniff of a arrogance towards you, taking their time in getting what
they need.  The bookkeepers of the Speaker carefully make sure that all the
records are kept in order, placing files back where they need to be.  The
bookcases continue to the east and to the west.  To the north, the Speaker
can be heard issuing his vote on current legislation being brought forth.
