When Lord Templeton needed to conference with his nobles they came here. 
There is a large rectangular table in the center of the room.  If you do not
catch Lord Templeton or one of his nobles in the room you may leave a
message for the board.  
A castle guard is here checking to make sure nothing illegal is going on.
