You are standing at the top of a large stairway at the end of a long
hall.  As you stand here, feeling the power of the people who built this
immense structure above you, you notice that above the main doorway is a
large mask.  The mask is made completely of leather, and is the long face of
a dark skinned individual, smoking a pipe.  This mask must be symbolic of
something, however it still remains a mystery.  Each direction around you
are stairs leading down.
