You are at the Junction of Tuskus and Baltic.  The streets see many
visitors and citizens go by daily.  Large caravans from other lands are not
a unusual sight.  The streets get quite hot during the day due to the jungle
climate.  The streets are kept tidy and the shops and homes are kept clean
and fancy looking.  The people here care a whole lot about wealth and
seemingly not about the great Mount Vesuvius, active and dangerous.
