You are at the Junction of Sessius and Baltic.  The long street of Baltic
meets the long avenue of Sessius.  The hot cobblestone, which makes up the
streets, scorch your feet as you go by.  Due to the hot jungle climate, it
seems appropriate to wear light airy clothing to fight off the heat. 
However, the people dress in their thick rich garments with little trouble
at all.  It seems that the price of the clothing has more to do with how
comfortable it is.  
A commoner walks the streets, dealing with the tasks at hand.
