This narrow paved street runs just alongside Bastion Road.  It leads to
the city's largest guard house, used by the law enforcement agencies. 
Although the road is almost too narrow to use while mounted, it looks
well-worn from foot traffic.  Cityguards often pass by here to check in or
take a break, and people are sometimes sent here to report a crime when the
police station is too busy.  
A person from this part of town is out for a quick stroll.
