This large guard house is used by many of New Rigel's law enforcement
agents.  When the police station is too busy, extra cases are sometimes sent
here instead.  A large desk is placed near the door, and can be used while
taking crime reports.  Because this guard house is also used as a
dispatching point, the back of the station is lined with a variety of
weapons and armor.
