You are on Lindar Road.  This moderately narrow road sees many visitors
and citizens go by daily.  Large caravans from other lands are not an
unusual sight.  The bare cobblestone gets hot during the day due to the hot
jungle climate.  The streets are kept intact and tidy and the shops and
homes are kept clean and fancy looking.  The people here care a whole lot
about wealth and seemingly not about the great Mount Vesuvius, active and
dangerous, that lurks behind them.  The blacksmith's forge is to the south
of here.
