You are in the City Hall of Vospire.  The Kingdom of Vospire is ruled by
the King and the High Council.  The city hall serves as a place to bring out
funds to correct the roads, add new establishments, and basically take care
of the city.  The city hall is mostly used as a courthouse and dispute
settlement.  The hallway extends to the east and west.
