Description:
This spell is a five second spell that can be used to break up formations. This spell can only be cast in 'outside' rooms. Currently the spell automatically stops combat for all others except for the person/mobile on which the spell was targeted. Also note that some mobiles such as elementals and others can join formations while the leader is in combat (sometimes almost instantly).
