Description:

A basic spell (and a bard song) that does non-shield blockable cold damage. If the target makes his saving throw against the spell, he will still receive the 'frost' effect in his affects list, reducing agility. If he does not make his saving throw, he will get a message about his muscles being immobilized, giving a short lag before an entered command registered, as well as the 'frost' affect.
