Long Desc: A foul man squats here, his stench makes your eyes tear up.

Your eyes tear up from the smell of this unsavoury character, his clothes
are in tatters, and he appears to not have removed them for any reason,
including to empty his bowels.  His face is scarred from many battles, and
his long beard is filled with all manner of crawling bugs and snails.  Vomit
and feces surround him, and smashed glass from discarded bottles of gin and
Maldra's special cover the floor.
It is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
