for Adventurers levels 60 to 90.

Can you believe the nerve of some people? Just last week I organized a poor
citizen's rights brigade to help those less fortunate people, and yet I was
pelted by eggs the very next morning by the same people I was trying to
help! While I am sure it was only supposed to be a prank, those eggs ruined
a particularly expensive gown that I was wearing at the time, which is most
unforgivable. It wasn't just any gown either, but one that was given to me
by Lady Undya herself! A harsh lesson must be taught to those responsible
for this crime if I am to maintain the respect I am due from the other lords
in the Council of Seven. Go forth, and find the disadvantaged leader of
these ruffians and relay the message that I will not tolerate such actions.
I am told that this so-called leader lurks in my late husband's tomb. Bring
swift justice to those responsible for this crime, and be sure to burn any
rags they may wear so that our fair city is not marred by the presence of
their filth any longer. Also, if you can find one, I would like for you to
get me a leather whip. In the next council meeting I must show the others
that I mean business! May the powers guide and protect you!
