Long Desc: A leper is here begging for food and money.

This poor person has leprosy and is a burden to society.  Most citizens
seem to ignore people with this terrible disease, and sometimes the church
even turns them out.  This disease has hit town on many occasions, and the
lack of a cure is causing the quality of life to drop.  The lepers now have
to beg for food and money to survive.
She is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
