The prison captain is a very distinguished man.  He has a cap that tells
his position.  He also has many medals that tell of his long service to the
public.  He is a very strong man, with bulging biceps.  He is well trained
in the arts of martial combat and weapons training.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
