NPC: A muscular prison guard
Long Desc: A prison guard is keeping the prisoners in line.

Though he is obviously a strong man he is still not as strong as the
captain.  He has fair skin and hair, and is in excellent condition in
addition to having a keen wit and a sharp eye.  He is well trained in the
fighting skills and will surely prevail in any prison uprising attack.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
