NPC: A sickly prisoner
Long Desc: A prisoner is here serving his time.

This man is adorned in old clothes.  The clothes are leftover from old
guard uniforms and are full of holes and dirt.  The man under the clothing
is under nourished and in need of some fresh air.  His cheeks are sunken and
his color is horrid.  He wreaks of his own stench and looks quite sickly.
You wonder what could a man have done to be put held under such conditions.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
