Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
New Rigel has waged war with orcs from dungeon Wroth for years, but I
recently read a passage from a history book describing one of the battles.
Our city was under siege from all sides, and we called to Lowangen for help.
King Cronus denied us any military support he could offer, not wanting to
engage his 'green' soldiers in combat, and completely ignoring our alliance.
This morning I broke that alliance with Lowangen, but they do not expect
your coming. Kill as many of his guards as you can, using the assistance of
thieves and captives along the way. Make haste!
