Long Desc: A tame dragon flies about here.

With a puzzled look on your face, you realize a dragon is making its way
down the street.  It isn't too large, however, it is large compared to
others.  Some kingdoms have dogs and cats, Vospire has dragons.  The dragons
eyes glow a deep red, with a violent flare to them.  He seems to be tame
though, so if he isn't provoked, he will not attack.  Perhaps if you are
very cautious he may even allow you to ride him.
He is a dragon approximately 9'1" tall.
