NPC: Marle
Long Desc: Marle is here, mixing a potion.

You see before you a mysterious man.  His long blue robe is made of silk
that almost touches the floor.  His hat is pointed and has ornate patterns
on it.  His eyes appear to be red, however, and when you look at them he
turns away.  It is said that Marle is on the brink of insanity, but he is
still skilled in the making of potions.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
