NPC: The Court Hobbit
Long Desc: A silly hobbit bounces about, giggling insanely.

You see before you the Court Hobbit.  Dressed in odd attire, he serves as
entertainment for the king.  His tricks and stories are one of the only
things that make the king smile nowadays.  After a recent thieving attempt
the king has upped security and ordered the hobbit to devise a security
measure to protect him.  Thus, this fork was created.  One way leads to the
king, the other to a watery grave.
He is a hobbit approximately 3'5" tall.
