Long Desc: The bishop sits in his office going over some church regulations.

One of the highest-ranking officials in his church, the bishop is in
charge of of monitoring the morality of his congregation.  It seems that the
faithful have not been living up to his standards, since he is writing up
some new regulations for them to follow.  You feel glad that you aren't a
part of this religion, since you don't follow many of the rules that the
bishop is writing down.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
