NPC: The rude head nurse
Long Desc: The head nurse orders the other nurses around.

This stern old lady scowls at you as you enter the room.  Looking you up
and down, she decides that you obviously aren't one of her patients, and
ignores you.  You are a bit surprised at this kind of treatment, since all
the other nurses here have been quite friendly.  The head nurse probably got
promoted because of her poor bedside manners, so now she deals mainly with
other nurses instead of patients.
She is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
