NPC: A horsefly
Long Desc: A horsefly buzzes around here.

A dark buzzing streak skimming along the ground before whizzing up to
circle people walking along the streets, this horsefly seems intent on
finding something.  Given the number of horses to be found in Sigil each
day, it is a sure thing that this fellow will be very satisfied here.  Of
course, till he finds what he seeks, he may think that nibbling on the
residents and other passerby would be entertaining too!
He is a insect approximately 1'6" tall.
