NPC: A Xaventry townsman
Long Desc: A local townsman busily goes about his business.

This is a plain human townsman who lives in Xaventry.  Although he
doesn't worship any particular element, he has chosen Xaventry as the place
to raise his family.  He greets you as you pass him by, and is always
smiling.  Apparently, life must be very good for the people who live in this
town.  The townsman is brief in his conversation as he heads off back to his
daily business.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
