Lord Agrippa [Runic Castle] is the master in charge of this quest.
I'm disturbed to say that in the past few months, I have seen an
increasing number of citizens leave Rune for other towns. The reason seems
to be that it is so hard to get an affordable housing in Rune for their
families. My biggest concern is for the prosperity of Rune and its
citizens. I need you to go see Xaventry and New Rigel keep the price of
housing down. After this is done try to convince some of the former Rune
citizens to return. If you can do this, you will have helped Rune get over
one of its darkest periods and will be rewarded greatly.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 55 quest points, 5 practice points, 19,000 experience points,
 0 build points, 0 piety, and 4,500 gold pieces.
