Long Desc: A resident enjoys a nice, quiet day off from work.

This happy citizen of New Rigel whistles merrily, glad to be done with
another day of work.  The city has a thriving middle class of workers that
are dedicated to their jobs, and as a result can make enough to live
comfortably.  This commoner may not have as many luxuries as some other
residents, but is happy to have a loving family to come home to.
She is a elf approximately 4'9" tall.
