NPC: A giggling little girl
Long Desc: A giggling little girl runs along the street.

Giggling to herself as she runs along the street, this little girl seems
to have no one watching over her.  As she darts in and out of the traffic on
the street, she has more than one near miss.  In fact, it is surprising that
she hasn't been trampled by now.  Dressed in a bright yellow dress, she is
rather cute.  Of course, once you see her kick one of the poor dogs or cats
you may alter your view of her.  Cute as she may be, she is obviously a
terror who has slipped away from her guardians, whoever those poor souls may
be.  No matter the case, she is surely trouble for all she meets.
She is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
