NPC: A skulking rat
Long Desc: A black-colored rat darts in and out of the shadows.

This rat looks like it is carrying every disease in existence.  Its
mangy, greasy black fur gives off a noticeable stench, and its beady yellow
eyes do nothing to change your feelings about it.  The rat is darting in and
out of the shadows, and you can't help but shiver at the thought of it
running up your leg.  You notice its long, yellow teeth, and hope to the
Gods that it is not hungry.
He is a rodent approximately 1'7" tall.
