This quest is called 'Malicious Creatures',

and do great damage to our cities and environment. Even though these
actions may not be intentional, I can no longer tolerate them. One of my
advisors has compiled a list of creatures responsible for these malicious
deeds. Please seek them out and destroy them on sight. Maybe we can
decrease their population in time and save our cities and surrounding
natural balance. Hurry, before it is too late! Your quick action will be
