Long Desc: A bard is here selling his instruments.

This man is a local legend to the town.  He is from the far lands of the
northwest where he lives in the forests.  He is a local charmer there where
his songs and ballads calm the savage beast.  He comes to Lowangen and other
cities to sell his arts and instruments to those who wish to learn the
gentlest of trades, music.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
