Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
Being a forward thinking ruler, Lord Vashir recognizes that a well
rounded warrior needs to keep well-practiced to be successful on the field.
In addition to practice in weaponry, he has learned that warriors who are
skilled in some art are far more effective than those who are not.
Therefore, he has decreed that all warriors in his employ must not only
maintain a strict practice regimen with their weapons, but they must also
study within one of the arts. Your hard work at practicing these skills
will be well rewarded by Lord Vashir and will do much to enhance your
effectiveness in his service!
