NPC: A crotchety old man
Long Desc: A grumpy-looking oldster with frightening eyebrows sits here, rocking.

This old man is small and pockmarked, yet his eyes betray his body.  His
body is that of a warrior's, decades past its prime, and his intense,
blazing eyes show that he still has 'it.  ' A gouge in the outside of his
left nostril, a slug-sized scar in his neck, and wrinkle lines caused by the
chances his men took all tell a history, one that it seems that he is
unlikely to tell.  Veterans have stories, but too often, they are not for
you.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
