NPC: The innkeeper
Long Desc: The innkeeper stands before you covered from head to toe in blue velvet.

Similing patiently as you boggle at your surroundings, the innkeeper
waits for you to ask for assistance.  He looks rather silly wearing a suit
made entirely from blue velvet, and he blends in very well with the room.
You can tell that he doesn't particularly enjoy the outfit, but wants to go
along with the theme of the hotel, charming many of the customers in the
process.
He is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
