Long Desc: A janitor sweeps the streets in an attempt to keep the city tidy.

This hard-woking individual is an essential part of the tourist industry
in New Rigel.  The many janitors employed by the city keep the streets
looking clean and tidy, thus making a good impression on visitors.  Because
they are paid well compared to janitors in other cities, these workers
always do an especially good job.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
