NPC: An apprentice psionic
Long Desc: An apprentice psionic is here, attempting to read your mind.

As you watch this young apprentice psionic, you realize he's been staring
at you.  He has a determined look of concentration on his face, and you
realize he must be attempting to read your mind.  You can feel something
probing about in your mind, quite clumsily.  You are kind of annoyed with
his blunderous intrusion, and are about to "speak your mind" when one of his
masters enters the room, and berates him quite vocally.  The adept
immediately apologizes to you, and continues on his way.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
