Quest: Superior Psionics
This quest is called 'Superior Psionics',
for Adventurers levels 30 to 60.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
I have just received news of events at Illandrama Library that angers me greatly. Recently, several young psionics have been making impressive progress in their studies but their new-found powers are making them arrogant to the point that the ring-leader of these upstarts recently threatened to use his 'superior' powers against another young mage. This of course cannot be tolerated, so I am sending you, on my behalf, to sort this matter out. First visit Arianus, my mage guild master, who will give you advice of how to deal with psionics. Then go forth to the Library and find Alioth Flint, guardian of the library, to verify these reports. Next, find a witness who can give you the identity of the ringleader of the rebels. Find him, and deal him before he does any real damage. Go now before this gets out of hand. May the Powers guide your steps!

Phase 3: Visit Alioth Flint.
Phase 4: Visit An apprentice sorcerer.
Phase 5: Defeat An apprentice psionic.
