Long Desc: The Eldmarian High Priest is here, showing no emotion.

The Eldmarian High Priest is an evil creature, incapable of showing any
emotion other than anger.  He has dedicated his entire life to find a way to
return his Goddess back to the mortal world to rid it of all races other
than his own.  After the wizards at Ilandrama Keep opened a portal to this
realm, he began planning an invasion of Sigil.  Perhaps you should attempt
to stop this evil plan.
He is a yuan-ti approximately 5'7" tall.
