Gunther, the Stable Master of Vendredi Castle, tends to the stalls here.
He is an old man, but quite the brute nonetheless.  The years of
back-breaking work have hardened him to a surprising degree.  He seems to
live for such toil, whistling, and grinning with each task to come.  The
lines on his face show him to be a man who smiles often, and his hands show
each and every day of work he's done in his entire life.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
