Long Desc: The chief thief of Atlantis is here, robbing from the rich and giving to himself.

He is of a considerably smaller built than the rest of the citizens of
this underwater denizen.  Short and stumpy, it is easy to pass him by
without noticing his presence.  His lips are curled into a genial smile that
is often mistaken to be a sign of friendship but do not be deceived for he
steals from anyone.  He usually strikes on victims who are least suspecting.
He is a merman approximately 5'6" tall.
