NPC: A bald-eagle guard
Long Desc: A ferocious-looking eagle guard watching you with his sharp eyes.

This is a fearless warrior of Cloud Nine.  Its head is pointed, and has a
sharp deadly beak and enormous wings.  Luckily, the wings are safely tuck
away and cannot do any harm at the moment.  It hunts in the day and prefers
to circle the victim so as to instill fear before diving in for the death
kill.  It's eagle eye spotted you from a distance and it's gaze watches you
intently.
He is a bird approximately 1'5" tall.
