NPC: A chef's apprentice
Long Desc: A chef's apprentice scurries about looking for ingredients.

These terrified little assistants, scurry frantically to and fro, under
the watchful eye of the infamous Chef Pierre.  Fearful of incurring his
wrath, they keep their eyes lowered to the ground and rush about to do his
bidding.  So intent on their tasks, they are totally unaware of your
entrance into the room.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
