NPC: A foreign dignitary
Long Desc: An impressed foreign dignitary wanders the halls as she admires the palace.

She is dressed in colorful, flowing robes.  She must be from somewhere
remote, because you are unable to place where she comes from.  With wide
eyes she wanders the palace, admiring the beautiful paintings and sculptures
that dot the place.  She stops every once in a while to take a closer look,
she is so absorbed in what she is doing that she does not appear to notice
you.
She is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
